I got my very first Psychic reading this weekend and I'm all . . . like. . . Wow!
And in order to Wow! you. . . let me just cut to the chase and tell you a few things she said about my teenage daughters. . .
- Although Veggie has graduated, she still saw her connected with education. . . but somewhere overseas. . . maybe like England. . . with a teacher . . . or professor . . . but a connection she had made previously.
Truth: Veggie has indeed moved to England to be a research assistant for a Professor she met while on her service trip to Guatemala last Christmas.
- She saw Trigger possibly entering the Psychology field.
Truth: Trigger wants to be a therapist. She is headed to college next week and has declared Psychology her Major.
- And my third daughter? Well, she saw her as always wanting/needing more money. . . feeling entitled to it.
Truth: The very reason I call her Ponzi. Need I say more????
And, if you're still a tad bit skeptical and think . . .
Hey, a Mom on Spin's life is an open book! All anyone would have to do is read this blog. . . (Although I've never mentioned Veggie's occupation in the U.K. nor Trigger's declared major . . . ) she knew all about a miscarriage I had in conjunction with Veggie's pregnancy . . . a second fetus (twin) that didn't survive. . .
So, my friends, how does that grab you???
It sure wowed me!
Oh. . .and she said she saw my house "tidying up" due to Trigger's imminent departure. That - my friends - was the moment I kissed her.

I'd kiss her too if she saw my house tidying up. Especially if she saw someone else doing the work.
I sometimes think these things are very interesting... I hope the tidying up thing comes true, and can it be transferred via your Mind-Spin Control to me over the Pond??! Love to you x
Oh, Liz, I wonder at your great strength and fortitude, my Perfectly Patient (while drinking vodka to calm the Teenage Tantrum Terror nerves), I have just caught up with your life, and can't believe I haven't been here in ages - I'm so sorry. The piece you wrote about your dad was very beautiful and I am still choked up after reading it, and visiting (which I've done so much lately) with my terminally ill much-loved uncle...
Those girls! The 'phone bills! I've just had to change Grizz's contract to one with unlimited texts after we received a large bill for him - Mind you, it was only $120 or thereabouts... Unlimited texts for our service means 4000 a month - So you'd probably have to have 3 'phones for your daughter!
And you are still able to write with such humour and wit of your daughter's adventures in France and the UK, and I'll bet the reason she's not buying anything is because she's holed up somewhere with a French Frog-Prince!
Scary stuff, and I hope your lovely beach vacation has left you relaxed enough to tackle all this with your usual devotion, vim and vigour! Oh, and I'm looking for a toaster cover shaped like a lighthouse... Do you know where I might find one, sweetie??! :)

You got a great hook-up there. I have seen 2 psychics in Casadaga.. I live about 15 minutes from there.
1 told me what I WANTED to hear.. the other told me about things that happened in my past as well as thing to come. Some predictions have been VERY close.. but not from the 'give me your money I'll read from a script' lady.
I always wondered why you called her Ponzi.. I should have mad the association.
